About the Artist: Tokyo-born artist and illustrator Yuri Sugihara studied textile design before pursuing fine arts. Since 2005, she has exhibited across Japan and abroad, creating whimsical works centered on cats and squids painted in acrylic gouache. Her charmingly surreal compositions explore the small absurdities of daily life. Sugihara’s art bridges cute humor and quiet reflection, earning her a following in both the gallery and design worlds.

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $55.
For orders under $55, a flat $7 USD shipping fee applies.

Canada Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $120 USD (Canada only).
Orders under $120 will be charged shipping at checkout.
Shipping rates are based on package weight and are calculated in real time at checkout. Starting June 13, 2025, we’re covering 10% of the shipping cost to Canada—this discount is already reflected in the rates shown at the checkout.

UPS often charges a high brokerage fee. We strongly recommend choosing USPS First-Class —while it may take a bit longer to arrive, it typically avoids those extra fees.
