Hold Orders
One of the most common things we've heard from our customers is this:"I was waiting for your new releases so I could place one big order, but while I was waiting, something in my cart sold out!"
We know how frustrating that can be, especially with limited-stock stationery. That's why we've added the Hold Order feature!
✨It lets you secure your favorite items right away without paying shipping immediately. You can continue shopping over the following days or weeks, combine multiple orders, and ship everything together when you're ready.
Step 1
Select "ship later" at Checkout
You'll find the Hold Order option under the Shipping Method section during checkout

Manage Your Hold Orders
You can view and manage all of your held orders from your Account page.
Step 3
Release Your Orders
When you're ready for us to ship everything, simply visit your Hold Orders page and click "Ship Pending Orders Now."Done!
Please Note!
If you'd like your new order to be shipped together with your existing Hold Order, please select "Hold Order" again during checkout, even if your new order qualifies for free shipping.
We can hold orders for up to one month. If an order hasn't been released within one month, we may cancel it.
Shipping is calculated when you release your held orders. If your combined order qualifies for free shipping, no shipping fee will be charged. Otherwise, the applicable shipping rate will be applied when your order is released.
No. Our Hold Order service is completely free.
Yes. If you'd like to combine it with your existing Hold Order, simply select "Hold Order" again during checkout, even if your order qualifies for free shipping.
Yes! You can view and manage all of your held orders from your Order Dashboard.
