Shipping and Order Processing

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

United States Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $55.
For orders under $55, shipping fees are calculated based on total weight at checkout:

0–1.5 lb: $8.00

1.5–5 lb: $10.00

Over 5 lb: $15.00

Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days.

Canada Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $120 USD (Canada only).
Orders under $120 will be charged shipping at checkout.

Shipping rates are based on package weight and are calculated in real time at checkout. Starting June 13, 2025, we’re covering 10% of the shipping cost to Canada—this discount is already reflected in the rates shown at the checkout.

Please note: Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.

Canada Shipping Tip:
UPS often charges a high brokerage fee. We strongly recommend choosing USPS First-Class —while it may take a bit longer to arrive, it typically avoids those extra fees.
If you prefer UPS, you can usually pay duties on your own to bypass the brokerage fee.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

For Facebook & Instagram Orders:
Orders placed through Facebook or Instagram are temporarily placed on hold in your Shopify admin. This pause allows Meta to complete payment authorization and fraud checks.
Most holds are removed within 30 minutes, but in some cases, it may take up to 72 hours. Orders cannot be fulfilled until the hold is cleared.

Delivery & Liability
All products are shipped via third-party carriers.
Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Nagi is not responsible for delays or any resulting costs once your order is in the hands of the carrier.

Once your order is handed off to the delivery company, risk of loss transfers to the customer. We are not liable for damage or loss during shipping unless it is due to an error on our part.


Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Return Window:

Our return policy lasts 3 days from the date you receive your order. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange and your purchase becomes final.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Only the purchaser of the Products can return the Products.
  • Several types of goods are non-returnable, including:
    • Art including prints
    • Blind Box
    • Ceramic goods (except where they arrive damaged or have quality issues)

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items
  • Final sale items

Return Process:

  • To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.
  • For quality issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the sender's address.
  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us for further instructions.
