Because cute things deserve cute packaging. At Nagi, we treat every order like a small gift—something that should feel personal, thoughtful, and exciting to open. Here’s a peek behind the scenes at how your happy mail comes together:

✧ Bubble-Wrapped Protection

Some of the adorable products we stock don’t arrive with their own protection, so we make sure to wrap them up in bubble wrap before sending them out. It’s a small extra step that prevents scratches and keeps everything looking perfect.

To make sure your order arrives in perfect condition—even if it’s raining—we add an extra protective outer layer. Because nothing should ruin a good mail day. If your order is packed in a poly mailer, don’t worry—we’ve still got you covered. Each one includes bubble wrap, a sturdy cardboard insert (so your stickers never bend), and a bold “Do Not Bend” sticker on the outside.

Every order includes a thank you card. You’ll also get a rotating sticker sheet designed by our in-house artists—new designs drop every 2–3 months, and once they’re gone, they won’t come back. We’ve designed our own packaging seals so that every parcel feels special from the outside in.
